Recall details: TreeHouse Foods, Inc. (NYSE: THS) is voluntarily recalling certain Chewy Granola Bars sold under the brand name Signature Select. This recall is being conducted because the outer carton indicates that the product is Chocolate Chip variety, while some of the individually-wrapped product contained in the carton may be Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip variety. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to peanuts run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.
Product was distributed nationwide through the following stores: ACME Markets, Albertsons, Albertsons Market, Amigos, Andronico’s Community Market, Carrs-Safeway, Eagle, Haggen, Jewel-Osco, Lucky (limited to stores in Utah), Market Street, Pak N Save, Randalls, Safeway, Safeway Community Markets, Shaw’s, Star Market, Tom Thumb, United Express, United Supermarkets and Vons (limited to stores in Fresno, Clovis and Oakhurst). The product at issue can be identified by the UPC number and best if used by date which can be found above the nutrition facts panel on the package as listed below.

Photos of the affected product can be found below. No other varieties or UPC numbers are included in this recall. TreeHouse discovered the issue after receiving three consumer complaints. At this time, TreeHouse has received one report of an allergic reaction associated with this product.

“The CFIA announced the recall of Adar brand Schmaltz Herring in Oil by National Herring Co. because of possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of these products.

Recall details: Meijer, in conjunction with Eagle Produce, LLC in Aguila, AZ., is anno... uncing a voluntary recall of whole cantaloupe and select cut cantaloupe fruit trays and bowls. The recall is part of a sampling investigation by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and is due to the potential risk of Salmonella.
Salmonella, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy persons infected with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. In rare circumstances, infection with Salmonella can result in the organism getting into the bloodstream and producing more severe illnesses such as arterial infections (i.e., infected aneurysms), endocarditis and arthritis.
The multi-state recall involves whole cantaloupe and select cut cantaloupe fruit trays and bowls in various weights ranging from 6–40 ounces sold between Sept. 26 and Oct. 5 of this year at all Meijer stores in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky and Wisconsin. There have been no illnesses reported to date. The recalled whole cantaloupe would have a sticker label stating Kandy Brand from Eagle Produce, LLC. If there is no sticker label to identify it, then it should be considered part of the recall. In addition, Meijer may have used cantaloupe ingredients that originated from Eagle Produce, LLC in the store made products. My mother drank tge milk on 21st October 2020.
She is a visitor in UK.
Now she can't get even medical treatment as a visitor and milk expired 2 days before its expiry. ”

“Ordered Takeout from there. Both my husband and I ordered Chicken Teriyaki noodle bowls. We realized we had very small dry chicken pieces. Didn't look like the nice chicken breast we've had in the past. Called and spoke to manager he offered us to pick up better bowls tomorrow as I just got done dri... ving 30 miles after a very long day. We decided to eat at 6:30 tasted a bit off. At 8pm we both started having cramps and thank God we have 2 bathrooms because we were both on the toilet for over 2 hours with terrible diarrhea. Totally disgusted. ”
