Food Safety Report: Tip Top Jelly Tip 6 Pack recalled due to Bacillus Cereus

Tip Top Ice Cream Company Limited has issued a recall for its Jelly Tip 6 Pack due to the potential presence of Bacillus cereus. The affected product was sold at Woolworths supermarkets across the North Island, including locations in regions such as Waikato, Gisborne, Hawke's Bay, Taranaki, Manawatū-Whanganui, and Wellington.

AFFECTED PRODUCT

PRODUCT: Tip Top Ice Cream Jelly Tip
- 6 pack (6 x 75mL)
- With a Best Before date of 30-SEP-28
- A time stamp range from 03:00 to 05:00 L MO6252.
- The batch details are printed on the bottom of the packaging.
- The product is packaged in a bright yellow, pink, and blue cardboard box featuring the Tip Top logo.

The issue was identified on 2 October 2026. No other Tip Top brand products are affected by this recall.
