Update March 12th, 2026:The recall notice has been updated to correct the product size and product image associated with the recalled item. The affected product is Vadilal Grated Coconut 312g, not 624g as previously indicated. No additional batches or products have been added to the recall.

March 10th, 2026:
Datah International (Aust) Pty Ltd is recalling Vadilal Grated Coconut 624g due to potential Hepatitis A contamination. The product was sold in independent supermarkets across Western Australia.
The affected product is Vadilal Grated Coconut, packaged in 624g sizes, with a batch number of 003OUY0B and a date marking of JUL 2027.
The recall was initiated after the presence of Hepatitis A was detected and published on 11 March 2026..
