Had burger and chicken rice soup with black ice tea. Got sick and diarrhea within an hour or so after eating. This occurred on January 13, 2020.

eating tainted salad, After a few bites of the salad, there was are strange taste to it. Thought it was limited to the cucumbers so ate around them. Halfway through salad, she became violently ill and vomited.
