I ate lunch yesterday afternoon and within 2 hours started to feel nauseous and hot. By 4 hours I was vomiting and had diarrhea. This nightmare lasted until approx midnight. One of the sickest I've ever felt. Today is better, but I feel like I was hit by a truck. Bad, bad news.

I ate a slice of pineapple and jalapeño pizza yesterday 11/11/18 at 4:00pm. I woke up this feeling nauseous. I immediately started vomiting and having diarrhea at the same time. It is 9:59pm 11/12/17 and I’m still feeling sick.
