My 13 year old son and I became very sick the day after our 1 night stay. We arrived on May 23, 2019. We had the buffet food, which I regret because I saw multiple tourists touch the food while still on serving areas and not place it on their plate. We also had soda and beer from the room mini bar. The minibar drinks had rust on lip of the bottle, from the metal cap. I also had Pina colada with rum and the local Presidente beer. The buffet food was not tasty, especially the beef items. The day after, my son was vomiting for the entire night. I also had vomiting and diahrrea for over 10 days. I hope Dominican Republic improves their quality control on buffet food. Also, ensure counterfeit liquor is off the shelves. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Vomissements
