- comments: 6-501. 114 remove excessive clutter from the storage closet in room 224. Must remove clutter and store items off of the floor and away from the walls to eliminate pest harborage conditions.

- comments: 8-404. 13(b)(3) previous priority foundation violation #38 from report #2635703 on 4/27/26 not corrected: 38 - observed over 110 mouse droppings in various areas throughout the school. Observed approx. 10 mouse droppings on the floor behind the mini fridges and under the steel storage shelves in room 140/141. Observed 2 mouse droppings on the floor next to the radiator in room 214. Observed approx. 30 mouse droppings on the floor in the electrical closet and in the kitchen cabinets in room 226. Observed approx. 30 mouse droppings on the floor in room 224 storage closet. Observed 20 mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets in room 215. Observed 20 mouse droppings on the floor near the a/c vent and near the storage cabinets in room 217. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings throughout the premises. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the rodent activity throughout the school. Priority violation 7-42-090.
