- comments: no procedure in place for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events. Instd to provide procedure and necessary supplies effective against norovirus. Priority foundation 7-38-005.
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: missing handwash signage at handwash sink. Instd to provide signage and maintain.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: over 15 live small flies noted in carry out area, toilet room and on walls in prep area. Instd to remove all flies, clean and sanitize all areas. Contact pest control for service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a).
