My husband and I stopped on June 24 (two days ago). Within 6 hours I was feeling nausea and stomach cramps, which was followed by vomiting all night. My husband also had stomach cramps but managed to avoid the other symptoms. I believe the culprit was a triangular shaped donut with custard cream filling as I ate most of this and my husband only had a few bites.
