Nov. 28 about 6pm Ate Chicken Meatballs with gravy, Potatoes Au Gratin, Carrots, Purple Cabbage. In an 1-2 hour stomach cramps, then nausea and vomiting, then severe diarrhea. Food was served slightly warm!  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

Bought frozen veggie balls at IKEA, kept in freezer as directed and a few hours later ate them after hearing and got immediate diarrhea. Tried again after a few days and got diarrhea once again.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée
