Got an omelette with hashbrowns inside (no meat only eggs cheese and hashbrowns) ended up with serious food poisoning requiring IV fluids for rehydration. I had in n out may 22 during lunch rush. There es t a ything obviously wrong with the burger. I had a double double - protein style, no fries no drink.
