I went to grab a quick bite at the subway that is conjoined with that Walmart and immediately after I was done eating I felt completely drained. That was the only thing I ate that day I had the sweet onion chicken teriyaki. That same night I went to the ER cause I felt totally dead. I couldn't even get out of bed. My head was pounding my body kept going from freezing to completely on fire it was by far the worse thing I've ever experienced. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
