Yesterday I ate Paneer Pulav with Paneer Butter Masala. During the last piece (once my hunger subsided) I felt a spoiled paneer taste/smell. Since it was the last piece I did not worry much. But since yesterday night I am having arm/left chest pain and today I had diarrhea 7 times and severe stomach pain.
