AC Flight 873 on November 14/24. Consumed chicken meal and salad in Premium Economy. Saturday the 16th started feeling ill. By Nov 20/24 very sick and went to the hospital. Tested for E-coli and Campylobacter. Nov 22 notified positive for campylobacter. This came with a very bad respiratory illness. Given puffer and Azithromycin. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Something else, Stomach Pain
