Air New Zealand, Flight from Tokyo to Auckland

Narita, 282-0004 Chiba, Japan

Served salmon and rice for breakfast at 630am (27/02). On a flight from Tokyo-Auckland (departing 630pm JPN time) Developed symptoms around 11pm that same day. Constantly vomiting and dry retching until around 5:30am (28/02) | Symptoms: Vomiting
