I picked up Happy Farms oat milk from here yesterday, I have drank it before with no issue. Put it in my coffee this morning and threw it up half an hour later. Was left with stomach cramps afterwards. Ate some bland food and felt fine. Put some in a smoothie because I didn’t think it was the issue. Same smoothie I drink everyday except for the oat milk. Threw it up again within the hour. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
