On 11/18/2022 around 7pm my family and I went there. We go here often and never have any issues. This time however, when I cut into my chicken it was a little too liquidy for my taste at first. I chalked it up to the marinade because... See More it was the herb crusted chicken and sometimes that can be the case with it. However, I soon found myself chewing something repulsive. I didn't even have time to think about it really and my mouth just automatically swallowed to get rid of it. It turned out when I looked down at the plate that parts of the piece of chicken were still mostly raw and uncooked. It was odd. There were almost bands of uncooked chicken surrounded by bands of cooked chicken. Usually when you get this it's just a whole section is uncooked. But it was just certain parts of it making me wonder if their cooking equipment is malfunctioning. Within 20 minutes I began to get extreme nauseous, bloated, and altogether not well. Today it continues and I've been having to run to the bathroom all night. I am horrified. Absolutely horrified. I don't think I've ever experienced anything like this before. Looking at the texture of the chicken it also looked like maybe there was something wrong with the chicken itself too as far as possibly a sickness or infection or some sort of possible parasitic infection in it. I'm not sure. I am providing images and perhaps someone else with a better knowledge of those types of things can be of better help with that analysis. I am horrified as I said. Please note in Image 2 out of 13 there is what appears to be a piece of the head of a type of tape worm, however it is usually seen more in Dogs than other animals when they are of this type. I also included a final image circling those anomalies which appear to be a head and various parts of another organism within the chicken. See More in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. The recalled Enoki Mushroom was distributed nationwide to distributors and retail stores. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this problem.

The Enoki Mushroom comes in a 200g/7.05oz clear plastic package with the following description “Enoki Mushroom” in the front and Green Day Produce, Inc. in the back. The UPC is 16430-69080 and is located on the back side of the package. There is no lot code or dates on the package.
