On Saturday October 205018 I ordered The Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp without the Shrimp. The plate came to the table with shrimp on the chicken. My husband and I advised the waiter that the order was without Shrimp. He stated to the waiter who was very professional to please do not scrape the meat and reheat because the shrimp juice is cooked into the meat. I received my order hot without the shrimp. On the way home my chest started burning so I took some antacid. It ended the night early cause within 30 min to an hour as I was laying down to stop the pain became so nauseated I ran to bathroom from there it went down hill I was barely holding on from passing out while with diarrhea and vomiting. I couldnt see my vision left thats when 911 was called. It was terrible. Thanks to the 911 responders I am still here. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
