For dinner at 7pm, steamed a vegetable bun purchased same day, sold here but made elsewhere. Started feeling ill within the hour. By 2am stomach was bloated and nausea hit and had slight fever. My back, my kidneys ached. At 9am next day, finally had severe diarrhea. Felt better but still have slight fever and some stomach discomfort. No more kidney pain though which is good because they really hurt last night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Fever, Bloating
