Pineapple Drink Sickens Pair - Bahama Breeze, Sunrise Florida

6 months ago reported by user-tbhvy616

Bahama Breeze, 2750 Sawgrass Mills Cir, Sunrise, FL 33323, United States

2750 Sawgrass Mills Circle, Sunrise, 33323 Florida, United States

On August 28th, 2024 my boyfriend and I dined at Bahama Breeze in Sunrise, FL. I ordered the shrimp pineapple bowl and my boyfriend ordered the seafood paella. We both got the signature pina colada ultimates that’s served in pineapples. I think that may be the culprit, since it’s the only thing we had the same. We paid with gift cards. Within about 4 hours, both he and I were sick. We knew it was food poisoning. We were vomiting, had diarrhea, stomach cramps, headaches, and chills. It’s now 10 months later and I’ve developed an aggressive H. pylori infection as a result. Please don’t ever eat at these restaurants. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
