I purchased a salad with chicken on October 21,2019 at 11:00 am. I began to eat my salad and noticed immediate discomfort in my stomach. I felt very bloated. I proceeded to finish my salad. I started to feel nauseous around 2-3 hours afterward. Once I was off from work I took a nap for 2 hrs. Immediately after I woke up I vomited almost all of my food. Later that night I developed diarrhea also. Today is the following day and I feel chills all over my body and I am very fatigue. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fatigue, Bloating, Chills
