I started a job at Bob Evans in Ripley West Virginia on Sunday at 4 in the afternoon. After starting alot of things bothered me bad enough that I only stayed for an hour and had to leave because of the concerns. I am reporting raw chicken being in a plastic container in the walk-in sitting in nasty slimy chicken juices there was no date present on it. I also had another person who was working there ask me to come with her to clean the restrooms so she could show me how. I watched her change the trash can then with her gloved hand reach into each of the bins that hold feminine hygiene products and carry them from stall to stall in her hand. She then told me that was all for the cleaning went and through her bag of trash on top of the other 6 or more bags that was by the back door then without any washing of her hands she went and got her order that was ready to be delivered and served her table. There was water all over the place it was even coming out by the hostess area. There was no scoop in the lettuce for the salads and they were just reaching there hands into it and making the salads never seen them wash there hands before doing that and the final thing was that the assistant manager told me to wrap up the silverware which was fine until he told me that if I seen any of them still dirty that I should just put it off to the side and keep wrapping them but there wasn't just a couple of them that were nasty there were alot. I am talking like chunks stuck to them and straw wrappers stuck. It was like did these even get ran through. I didn't want to be any part of it.
