I had a sirloin steak with onions and mushrooms from bob evens I went out to here to for dinner I ordered the sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and gravy also Broccoli I ate the steak and Broccoli but not the potatoes when I got home my stomach was bubbling but nothing happened when I woke up that morning I had watery diarrhea I was also sweating went to work and could not stay off the toilet chills nausea I had to leave work came home got straight in the bed woke up a few times to go to the bathroom around 10pm I felt really nausea and puke up what I believe was the steak and mushrooms im still in bed with a fever of 100. It happened Yesterday | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Chills, Sweating
