I still have the piece of salmon and want to get it tested for histamines but cannot find a lab to do it. their fish company are refusing to pay my medical bills. They are not accepting responsibility for that piece of fish they sold me which had to be improperly stored for around 4 or more hours. You cannot cook the poison out of the fish.  ”
