We ate at the burger king in Besançon on Saturday 16/08 with our two daughters. Only one ate nuggets. As early as Sunday morning she had diarrhea, a lot of fever and very severe stomach pains. After 5 days of symptoms and a visit to the pediatric emergency room, they did a stool analysis. It is salmonellosis.. It was the only different meal she ate and it was the only one that she had been sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps
