Hello, We booked a reservation for a stay on Monday, Mar 30, and upon checking around one of the rooms, I found cockroaches in the kitchen. I reported this to the front desk and requested a refund for my room, for the inconvenience of being exposed to cockroaches. The front desk lady said the hotel had been exterminated that day, so you were aware there were roaches in the rooms. She said I needed to contact the manager for a refund for reservation, but there's no response.
