I ate at cafe rio in Idaho falls Idaho and within 30 Mins I had cramps and diarrhea. I thought maybe I was just having normal cramps that come and go. So We ate at cafe rio in Provo Utah and an hour later I had the worst cramps, felt like I needed to throw up. It’s been 4 hours since then and the cramps are still going strong. I use to love cafe rio but now I think they have changed their recipe or something. But i definitely won’t be eating there again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
