I had been feeling fine all day, had eaten at home all day, my normal diet. Had no symptoms prior to my dinner, and after eating our dinner around 7, i was the only one out of my party to have the salad with chicken instead of a pizza, about 40 min into my meal I started to get a really sore stomach and began to feel quite bloated despite getting a half serving of salad and having two pieces of shrimp appetizer. Now about 3 and a half hours later, I have very severe cramping, and sickness which is coming in waves. I am very concerned it is either from the lettuce used or the chicken. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
