Ate the california pizza kitchen white pizza and approx 3 hours later was violently ill. This was the only thing that my boyfriend and I ate that nobody else did and we were both very sick, over 12 hours of the most violent vomiting, diarrhea, chills, and body aches that either of us have ever experienced. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Body Ache
