Ordered Fish and Chips with slaw and tartar sauce approximately 6:30pm Saturday 3/23/24. By 6am Sunday morning I was having major stomach cramps and vomiting off and on for over 5 hours with chills, fever and headache. I could not hold down sips of water and became dehydrated and extremely weak. Almost went to the ER but stayed in bed until Monday morning.
