Ordered Fish and Chips with slaw and tartar sauce approximately 6:30pm Saturday 3/23/24. By 6am Sunday morning I was having major stomach cramps and vomiting off and on for over 5 hours with chills, fever and headache. I could not hold down sips of water and became dehydrated and extremely weak. Almost went to the ER but stayed in bed until Monday morning. Still very tired and head still aches. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Chills, Dehydration, Weakness
