Was doing fine. Started to notice everytime I eat the extra cheesy cheez-it’s I get very nauseas & my stomach feels weird. Last for 30min-4 hours. Earlier today I felt awful the whole night & day. Never have I felt like this from any type of cracker snacks. | Symptoms: Nausea

I thought I was having a heart attack so much indigestion after eating a handful last night at 8pm. It’s 8am the next day I’m still feeling bad
