Mushroom Stew Sickens Two - Chestnut Mushrooms, London England

Cooked at home. I think out of date chestnut mushrooms We ate one night and everything was fine. Mushroom stew was left out over night then eaten the following night. The second night I had stomach cramps and some diahorria but later my girlfriend had excruciating cramps/ diahorria . Doctor prescribed electrolytes and today she passes blood.  It happened The day before yesterday still got stomach cramps and have passed blood ,

10/10 Update: I don't have packaging and it could of come from a number of different stores . My partner is doing fine now thank you so on this occasion I believe it was my fault not checking mushrooms vigilantly enough and going over use by date | Symptoms: Cramps, Diarrhea, Nausea
