I had the chicken nugget and fry meal combo at around 6:30pm. By midnight, I started having sharp stomach pains and diarrhea. Around 7:30am I threw up. I still had watery diarrhea and sharp stomach pains after. These stomach pains are the absolute worst! Extremely sharp (like I’m being stabbed and the knife is twisting around and around) and right below the ribs. They come every few minutes and I’m doubled over in pain.
