Classic chicken sandwich meal with fries at around 8:30 pm on February 17th I woke up the next morning at 5:30am with unbelievable stomach pains, and when I arrived home, at 3:00pm, I had diarrhea, along with dizziness, chills, and my body was weak and achy. I ended up vomiting all night, and today, (February 19th) I still have stomach pains and diarrhea and absolutely no appetite. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Dizziness, Chills, Loss of Appetite, Stomach Pain, Body Ache
