Ate chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato, fries and a milkshake. Fell asleep after eating. Woke with stiff neck, bad headache, feeling nauseous. For several hours headache has persisted, tylenol does not help. Burning loose stool. Had a similar reaction last time I ate there. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache
