Kids' Meal Nausea Recurrence - Chick-Fil-A, Merritt Island Florida

On August 31st 2022, my twins (4) and MIL here. One of the girls said “I have to vomit” after eating the kids meal, and she did, inside the restaurant. This was 3 times in a row she had nausea and vomiting after eating here. Her sister was fine but only ate the fries.
