I had 5 ct grilled nuggets with zesty buffalo, a medium fry, and a Diet Coke at 1pm for lunch. I started feeling unwell directly after. Around 4/5 pm I had diarrhea and thought I was going to throw up. I had to lay down. At 9:20pm I had diarrhea and threw up at the same time. I believe I have food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
