Additional information: So I was eating but then my stomach started hurting bad so I went and tried to do number 2 and it was just one poop but then I wiped and then I had the urge to vomit so then I did and I vomited the while chick fill a tender out and it kept on going but then like 1-2 minutes later I had diarrhea and while you know pooping it out I vomited and that’s all but I hope this happens to no one else!. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
