Ordered Chicken sandwich on Wednesday Feb7th around 5pm. with pickles and diet lemonade. Experienced extreme cramping, nausea, gas and headache day 1 and 2 bad had to skip work. Day3 still recovering . Other family orders nuggets are fine just me this is aweful! | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Gas
