7 years ago reported by user-ddvdr489 business

Chick-fil-A, Mile of Cars Way, National City, CA, USA

400 Mile of Cars Way, National City, 91950 California, United States

I got a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and Oreo shake from this place on Tuesday December 04, 2018. I ate it around 2pm and the next morning around 4am I woke up with my stomach hurting, nausea, and diarrhea. The symptoms have not gone away and it’s December 6th. I feel very weak and lightheaded as well. I don’t have an appetite and can barely drink water. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain, Weakness
