Additional information: My husband was at work and did not eat there with me and he is well. The liquid diarrhea is concerning. Not sure how I can keep up with fluids. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Chills, Headache

Years ago at a Wendy’s, I had a chicken sandwich during my lunch hour. Drove back to work after eating there, and about an hour and a half later(after the other person shift was over and went home), and work by myself at a convenience store, got sick vomiting(dry heaves) through my rest of my shift(5 hours). Including driving home, and stopping on the side of the road. But was really sick from that for 3 days, and another two weeks before I got my strength back.
