I ate dinner( a grilled chicken sand meal) at 8pm and woke up at 2am vomiting and cramping. The cramping and stomach bloating persisted until 3 days later. 2 weeks later and last night my husband ate his dinner (sandwich meal) at 8pm and woke up at around 2am vomiting and having diarrhea. We both haven’t slept and he is in a lot of pain. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloating, Cramps
