Sick After Drive-Thru Meal - Chick-Fil-A, Fayetteville North Carolina

9 months ago reported by user-wmwh2169 business

Chick-fil-A, Raeford Rd, Fayetteville, NC, USA

2727 Raeford Road, Fayetteville, 28303 North Carolina, United States

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
Suspected source: Chick Filet sandwich
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
Additional information: Tuesday, Jan. 30,2024.
Purchased a chick filet sandwich at 2:30 p.m., at drive-through, which I ate right away. 6 hrs later, at 8:30 p.m. , I began to feel ill. For several hours I suffered vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach pains. Feel sure it was the sandwich as I had nothing else but iced tea and water at home. Friends said I should have reported it, as we all love Chickk Filet and want them to remain always diligent about quality. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
