Quesadilla Nausea, Dizziness Report - Chili's, Panama City Beach Florida

Ordered Quesadillas & sliced avocado on side. Had water with little amt. Of ice. Hour Later, got home, was extremely dizzy, nuesea, threw up 6 times within hours time. Took Dramamine, Alka Selzer, Blood pressure pill (it read 152/101, pulse 94). Went to bed had to keep eyes closed, room unbearably felt spinning. Tried sleeping & couldn't. Tried walking to bathroom, & could not. I was tripping over feet & unable to walk straight. Threw up what was left of bile Back to bed. About 4 hours later I was able to tolerate drinking some ginger ale. Went back to bed for night. Took a long time for me to fall asleep. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Bile
