I ate a sofritas burrito on 7/1 at around 8pm. It had both kinds of rice and both kinds of beans, Pico de Gallo, green salsa, lettuce and guacamole. I'm very sick, considering going to the ER | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
