I had a bowl with white rice, pinto beans, cheese, veggies and pico.. I had the worst stomach pain since 8 in the morning then I finally threw up at 9pm and constant diarrhea | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
