Hello, my significant other ate a chicken burrito bowl from Chipotle Mexican Grill located at 29 District Way in Clayton, NC yesterday (06/12) at around 5 pm. They experienced vomiting at around 12 am on (06/13) and stopped vomiting at 4 am. Complaints are including severe abdominal discomfort (cramps and spasms) and nausea. Currently at Urgent Care due to symptoms not subsiding and discomfort not going away. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Muscle Spasms
