Chicken Salad Illness Suspected - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Tempe Arizona

My husband, daughter and I ate at Chipotle for lunch on December 18th. They ate chips, salsa, and queso. I had a salad with chicken, veggies, black beans, medium and mild salsa. The next day I had severe nausea all day, with diarrhea. In the middle of the night symptoms got worse, with sharp stomach pains and vomiting being added. The day after that was full of sharp stomach pains, intense nausea, and severe diarrhea. My husband and daughter have had no symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
