Chicken Bowl Illness Suspected - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Independence Missouri

I had a chicken, rice, fajitas, all salsas, cheese, and lettuce bowl around 4:30 PM today (Feb 8th). Around 10:00 PM I started having terrible stomach pain and noticed a fever. Then shortly after had to vomit extremely violently and have had diarrhea in between episodes. I’m constantly feeling nauseated and having bad cramps. I’ve never had food poisoning before, that I can recall anyway. But this was the only meal I’ve had today, and I was feeling fine up until a few hours ago. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
