On Saturday July 15th 2017, my family and I went to Kennwood mall in Cincinnati Ohio. Both me my mother and brother all got chipotle from the mall. But I was the only one who got sick. I got a vegetarian burrito that had brown rice, black beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, and cheese. The next morning around 6 or early in the 7th hour, I woke up with bad stomach pain. I ignored it, chalked it up to gas pains, but then once I heard my dad come back into the room, because we were sharing a room at my grandmas house, I got up and ran to the bathroom once I couldn't ignore the pain anymore. Once going in the bowel movement was immediately and very runny. A few hours later I vomited a lot and it was very painful. Because I was on vacation, we were planning on going somewhere that day, so we stopped at Walmart to get me some nausea and stomach ache medicine. My stomach was hurting all day which made me nauseas and made be have lots of bowel movement. The stomach pain and diarrhea lasted for four days. So from Sunday to Wednesday I was sick | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Stomach Pain
